Hi this is Craig and Jeri Ford. Along with our two children, Hannah and Caleb, we have been serving as missionaries in Alotau, Papua New Guinea since May 2006.
Here is a little bit about our family:
Jeri was raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Craig was a Missionary Kid who grew up in New Guinea. At the age of ten he moved to Canada.
We first met in Ontario, Canada. After some time we both ended up at York College in York, Nebraska. We were married May 20th, 2000. Since then we have done ministry in Houston, Texas; Beatrice, Nebraska; Brownsville, Tennessee. Jeri has taught elementary school in Texas and Tennessee.
As for our school experiences …
Craig has an Associates Degree from Rochester College in Rochester Hills, Michigan. A Bachelor’s Degree from York College in York, Nebraska. And Masters of Divinity Degree from Harding University Graduate School of Religion in Memphis, Tennessee.
Jeri has a Bachelor’s Degree from York College in York, Nebraska, and Masters Degree from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee.
What to expect from this blog:
In this blog we hope to update you on the work in Alotau while sharing how that work impacts us personally. There will be lots of posts about our experiences and our family. Of course, as proud parents we can’t help but post lots of pictures of our beautiful kids.
